How working with me goes
It starts with a call. Twenty minutes, free, and no part of it is a sales pitch. You tell me what your books look like right now, including the parts you would rather not say out loud. I have heard all of them and I have fixed most of them.
If we are a fit, I get access to what I need and I go and look. The first month is usually the slow one, because I am finding out what is really in there rather than what is supposed to be. After that it settles into a rhythm. I work, you get your numbers, and the year stops being a surprise.
You can call me. Not a ticket, not a queue, not a different preparer every spring. If something is wrong I will tell you it is wrong, and then I will tell you what it costs to put right, before you decide anything.

Most of my clients I have never stood in a room with, and their books are none the worse for it. We meet on video when there is something to talk through, documents move through a secure portal instead of an email chain, and the work happens in QuickBooks Online where you can look over my shoulder any time you like. Distance has never been the hard part of this job.
